Gang Hanul is a normal student with a close girl friend named Seung Ha. The two have known each other since middle school. Back then, Hanul prevented Seung Ha from committing suicide as her father abused her.

While they are chatting happily, a transfer student named Haru has attracted many other students’ attention. Despite the fact that many boys try to approach her, Haru goes straight to Hanul to get to know him. Little does he know that such a moment marks an end to his peaceful life.

One time, Hanul’s friend Tae-Shik asks him to buy some stuff and bring it to Dae-Chun’s classroom. He does not know that this will push him into hell. Upon arrival, he starts to suffer from Dae-Chun’s bullying, and the cycle loops itself until he considers suicide.

On the verge of Hanul’s committing suicide, Seung Ha stops him and advises him to come up with a solution. However, bound by his own weakness, Hanul rejects and ignores her advice. This decision eventually haunts him for the rest of his life.

Seung Ha, who cannot stand by and watch Hanul being bullied, steps up to defend him, but the worse thing is that she has become the new target instead. On their way home, Seung Ha’s sudden disappearance causes Hanul to worry and search for her.

At that time, Dea-Chun’s beastlike gang has captured and sexually assaulted her regardless of her begging. When Hanul arrives, he realizes his foolishness and cowardice together with the price he has to pay.

It is then that he finds ways to become stronger, but no one dares to accept him for fear of Dea-Chun’s retaliation. In such a helpless situation, he learns that the hot girl Haru is a fighting expert. From there, Hanul’s vengeance begins.

The storyline is very complete for a manhwa series with fewer than 100 chapters. The author has reasonably arranged the plot as well as related events in the manhwa, making it both creative and exciting for readers.

The protagonist’s character development through each stage remains subtle, so at the end of the manhwa, readers can see a completely different protagonist from the beginning, both in terms of personality and way of thinking.

In particular, all of that becomes apparent when he realizes that staying weak cannot protect him and his loved ones.

Various combat scenes with exceptional martial arts and techniques come together, adding realistic, attractive and stylish elements to the protagonist. Moreover, the manhwa also includes surprisingly big second-guess moments from the author.
